Designing Futures: Speculation as Practice
With Superflux and Emerging Practitioners
Speculative design doesn’t predict the future—it makes futures experienceable. This event brings together leading practitioners and emerging voices to explore how we can use design to navigate uncertainty and complexity.
What to Expect
Anab Jain of Superflux will present work that has challenged assumptions about AI, climate, and societal transformation. Philosopher Yuk Hui will offer a perspective on how different cultural traditions imagine technological futures differently.
The evening will also feature a showcase of CCA student work exploring AI futures through design, film, and interactive media.
